Important Information Regarding COVID-19
**Our office is a healthcare facility so masks remain mandatory.
**In order to avoid a crowded waiting area please phone us prior to entering our office. Our staff will assist you from there. If you choose to walk in please maintain 6 feet from other persons.
**Adult patients 18-years and older may be accompanied by one parent or one essential caregiver into the clinical areas.
**Non-essential companions or rides are asked to wait in their cars or otherwise.
We remain diligent to protect you and us from the SARS-CoV-19. Our practice adheres to standards for infection control by using True HEPA air filters throughout our office, wearing personal protective gear, using hospital-grade disinfectants, practicing up-to-date sterilization protocols, appropriate use of disposable materials, and more. We are serious about the safety of our patients and staff. We want you to know that we are monitoring this situation closely, and we stay up-to-date.
Please reschedule your appointment if you or a member of your household has a cough, fever, and/or flu-like symptoms. In addition, please reschedule your appointment if you have public travel within the past 14 days.
